Sales Consultant

In business since 1989, Docteur du Pare-Brise has been an important network across Quebec specializing in the sales and installation of Auto Glass, tires and car and truck accessories for any type of vehicle. We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant.

Under the owner’s supervision, the candidate will be required to:

• Provide top-quality customer service (greet customers, analyze client needs, provide sales advice, answer phone and online requests)
• Follow up on estimates
• Place orders, invoicing and other administrative tasks
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships
• Participate in the various training programs offered
• Perform any other related task as needed.

Requirements:

• Sales training or another relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service
• Great listener and able to identify customer needs
• Good communication skills, can express himself/herself clearly and effectively
• Diligent and strong work ethic with great attention to detail
• Results driven individual, focused on corporate objectives
• Good priority management and is multitasked
• Shows initiative, has people skills, a dynamic personality and team spirit
• Knowledge of auto glass, tires and automotive accessories (important asset).
